This is an incredibly personal choice. There have been some very valid points made about how voting this in gives us some security in the form of scope and ltd. One thing I would like to point out is that the company negotiators are incredibly talented, and they have a great poker face. Our leverage isn't even the fact that hiring is going to get harder without a deal. Our leverage is transition conflict as well as our inflexible rescheduling rules. This airline almost falls apart every month at transition time, as well as any time there is a major weather event. This was a problem when we had 45 airplanes, but the problem for Spirit is going to be huge as we get closer to the 160 mark. Spirit management is incredibly patient and they haven't let on that they need this as bad as they really do. I personally will look at the TA as a whole when it comes out, but knowing this truth will help me vote no if I deem it necessary. They need industry standard flexibility even more than we need industry standard pay.
