Spirit is one of the most profitable airlines, there’s no reason for not getting industry standard rates and retirement at DOS, they can certainly afford it. It only cost them an additional $.30 per CASM based on ALPA numbers.

Once AA, Jetblue, DAL, get their new contracts, you’ll be even further behind.
