It's all spelled out pretty clearly on Republic's career site. There are no delays between training stages at Republic unlike other Regionals. From my first day (INDOC, add 10 days if you need to go to CTP) to off of IOE was just shy of 3 months by like two days, and that included a 10 day break around Thanksgiving. It is pretty streamlined and the training department does a good job keeping things moving.
