I'm pretty sure none. So, tell me again how PBS is going to zap open time and cause the QOL to disappear?
BTW, what do you blowhards think the monetary value of that 4 days/off language is? In other words, how much per/hr is factored into the pay rates that have been agreed to?
I can tell you the 4 days off provision is essentially useless with this agreement because I’m willing to bet 29/7 is gone with it.
With PBS, it’ll attempt to built you a schedule within certain credit hours. You can ask for any schedule / days off you want. However, if you do not waive your 4 days off requirement, the only way it can generate a schedule for you is most likely be a 5/6on 4off type schedule, disregarding your days off requests in order to built you something within its credit requirement. Sure you’ll get your 4 days off, but it’s meaningless because PBS will not built you a transition conflict, and depends on your previous month’s schedule, your 5/6on 4off schedule pattern will already be determined.
So if you want any say in your schedule at all, you basically will have to waive the 4 days off requirement.
