With PBS, it’ll attempt to built you a schedule within certain credit hours. You can ask for any schedule / days off you want. However, if you do not waive your 4 days off requirement, the only way it can generate a schedule for you is most likely be a 5/6on 4off type schedule, disregarding your days off requests in order to built you something within its credit requirement. Sure you’ll get your 4 days off, but it’s meaningless because PBS will not built you a transition conflict, and depends on your previous month’s schedule, your 5/6on 4off schedule pattern will already be determined.

So if you want any say in your schedule at all, you basically will have to waive the 4 days off requirement.

Boom
Do you see our lines now? 6 days in a row is already the norm.. and In that 6 days you get what? 27/28 hours? If I'm gonna work 5/6 days might as well credit 32or something and make $6300 for the week compared to the $3600 I get now. And well have to see it, but assuming monthly guarantee days off will stay the same
