I'm an Atlas pilot who's been around long enough to have been both an ALPA & IBT member. The difference is night and day.
It's true, the individuals in leadership positions are the most important part of the equation for DAY TO DAY running of the union.
But when the SHTF, you really need the whole organization at that point and I'm here to say, ALPA won't be there in 5 years when you guys really need them.
