Thanks for the input. Guess I’ll be staying put and upgrading. As for the job fairs. I was definitely planning on going to those. Will the recruiters still be attending them this year even with the current hiring freeze? Also, at what point should I start going to those? I’m currently just shy of 2100 hours. Should I start going to them now or wait till I’m close to meeting the minimums?
