I totally get the general point. That was not lost on me or on others here. The point WE are making is no one should expect an email from anyone in management congratulating one on a job well done after passing initial training. It’s unrealistic, especially from a large company.

Plenty of other metrics from
which to judge whether a company values its employees much. And yes, Envoy has a poor record in that arena, no doubt about it.

As for the OP’s initial post, can’t say I disagree with his assessment at all. I will say that commuting can be total hell over the long run, though. I think the OP will start to realize that little tidbit over time.
