If you were a pilot recruiter/HR and started to see this guy or gal at several of our recruiting events, I’d say they sure want to work for Allegiant. Just food for thought. We had one guy in our new hire class that was hired with relatively low time considering our class average of flight hours. He was a regional FO and non military. Moral of the story, he put in the work and now he is an Airbus driver. Best of luck!
