It’s been 7 years since I applied but I don’t remember there being anything on the app about volunteering. It was on a small portion of my resume...which wasn’t seen until the interview. Maybe it’s different now. I wish they wouldn’t consider it though. Sounds too much like my old job where performance came second to building houses for habitat for humanity on days off.
