My understanding is that if you crack $200,000 (a mark a 2nd year UPS FO cracks) that K4 no longer matches to your retirement. Your current retirement would be worse than Atlas's Amalgamated retirement concocted in 2011.

If my reading of that is correct that's the worst retirement that I know of and K4 voted to keep that in place for a minimum of 5 years. If true K4's Captains get no retirement the last few months of the year.
