Today and DOS+4 are a big difference. United is also currently in early negotiations. They opened a year early.
APC also doesn’t represent the 3% Jan 2018. They also get 4% on Jan 2019.
Small but they also get 5% per diem increases even past the amendable date
Our offer doesn’t give us a raise on the amendable date. Last raise is dos+4
