For Spirit -
Step 1. Vote in the TA
Step 2. Wait till 4 years after DOS (possibly UA top A320 CA get raise b4 then)
Step 3. Fly the A321
Step 4. Fly it internationally
Then and only then u'll get $264 as Top CA at spirit.
Yes you're missing something. Like Qotsaautopilot say, its a big difference.
