I’ll bet you my profit sharing check arriving next month that the new agreement includes pay, work rule, and retirement benefit increases on top of all that.
Well your lucky then. If that’s all true than you have a mngmt that understands and values it’s pilots and what it means to keep them.

We don’t. Our NC has been butting heads with these a$$ holes and a mediator that sides with them almost exclusively.

If I was making $240 hr, had a 16% contribution and good LTD I would be a tougher guy as well.

But I don’t. I’m 49 years old. I make $72 hr with LTD that’s basically non existent, no direct contribution a scope clause that I’m waiting everyday to find out will cost us jobs and a mgmt team that doesn’t value us and a mediator that sides with them continuously.

I think the FO Pay sucks especially since PBS will now slow upgrades and keep guys as FO’s for extra years now.

But Spirit pilots are in a different spot than anyone else in the business other than probably Frontier. Even the JetBlue guys are in a better spot because there negotiating from a higher starting point.
