As to your more recent negotiations, It’s easy to say no when you’re already making $250k and you already have scope, LTD and rigs in place. That will be us on the next go around and we’ll have much more leverage once we have the luxury of saying no. You’re asking a 5th year CA currently making $130k per year with no DC, LTD or adequate scope to say no to $200-$250k per year plus LTD, scope and DC. Probably not going to happen.
