Sounds like an SMTP or IMAP error. Recommend you go back and check your setup for the email using the memo detailing that. Should be online under the EFB section.

kind of a tech question here. on our outlook email. last few times ive tried to send an email. it just gets sent directly to the "drafts" folder. and i keep trying to hit send and keeps ending up there .any idea what is wrong or how to fix this. i have the recipient address correct.
