Envoy is cutting back on hiring in 2018 and with the lower pay why bother. Endeavor; great schedules, QOL and an average of 18 days off a month with industry leading pay by 25%. I wish I had selected them over Envoy.
Definitely isn't too late. I'm sure you're junior enough that it might make sense to jump ship.
