Oh, and we are giving up most of our QOL, including schedule integrity and the ability to drop any reserve day that is green (HUGE QOL provision for anyone junior, or those living in base that try to stay home as much as possible). Not to mention we lose transition conflict at signing before PBS is even implemented.
