They're usually the ones that get on without telling the crew that they're there.

They have never been denied. The problem is there is never a usable seat. Too bad.
Yeah, this happened here and was a legitamate issue at an outstation. O2 was not high enough for three people up front. GJer whined and the company tried to fire the crew. Funny thing is that nwo GJers are trying to deny TSA pilots jumpseats. Happened to a friend of mine last week. We'll see how well the teamsters protect their jobs...
