You get a 20hr conflict every month.... come on dude who are you trying to sell? Yeah I get conflicts and they are great but how many people get a 20hr conflict every month or a conflict at all? I imagine most people Might get a few a year and you either bid what you want or you bid for conflict but you can't bid for both. Look at our seniority list, who do the masses care about? You being a senior CA who apparently gets a 20hr conflict every month or the 5th year CA who stands to make a 70k pay raise. What is it that you want exactly?
