Trying to sell? I’m not trying to sell a thing. But you told me to “be realistic” so I’m being realistic. Realistically this is a 10% raise for me with a severe loss of control over my QOL (based on what I’ve seen).
And yes, I get a 20 hour conflict every month. I’m in the top 10-12% of my base and bid conflicts first and use VFL if I need something specific. What is so hard to understand about this? Like I asked earlier, am I expected to subsidize everyone else’s raise? Like you said, we all get one vote.
Quit trying to make this sound like rainbows and unicorns when it’s looking like anything but.
