And yes, I get a 20 hour conflict every month. I’m in the top 10-12% of my base and bid conflicts first and use VFL if I need something specific. What is so hard to understand about this? Like I asked earlier, am I expected to subsidize everyone else’s raise? Like you said, we all get one vote.

It's obviously not rainbows.... no SHT man. If you actually get 20hrs per month in conflict that's great but you must also realize that the 80% of the group don't get that. This offer is less than everyone expected and asked for but if the language is solid it's going to pass. Would you like to inform us on what you expect from a deal to be happy? United +1 while keeping conflict as well as no PBS and all other QOL language? All of this said I might very well vote NO but it's not for the reasons you are concerned about.
