From what I've heard from others, is that the Billings lines are built to 45 hours duty per week, 4 days on 4 days off, all overnights in the outstations so you get the extra (I believe) 35/36$ perdiem for the overnights. Not to mention the cost of living in Billings is probably the cheapest of all the places Cape Air flies to.
