The company you apparently work for has to pay competitive wages offered by peer airlines to attract qualified applicants. You really have no business reaching back 70 pages to pull up something just to make comments that attempt to manage expectations on the Spirit forum.

I don't know why you're coming on here trying to suppress Spirit pilot's attempts to achieve compensation on par with their peers when you are also seeking the same for yourself. Seems to me you should be encouraging them. I personally would like to see them push back for more, they are worth it!
