A good friend of mine is a pilot and recruiter for Republic. Apparently Rick Leach has been visiting Republic's headquarters for the last eight days. Republic also just got a new LOA pushed through within a 16 day window for contract improvements, pay raise, and an MRJ pay scale. They are also pushing for coast to coast flying.
