This doesn't add up on any level.

115 credit a month means a large conflict drop and then a large open time pick up every month and then additional pick ups as well

Average line value is what, 78 hours? So you stack another 37 hours on that with conflict and still maintain 15 off, every month? Sounds like solid math to base career financial planning on.

And "control of life" doesn't exist when you are a slave to conflict every month. See, thats how it work, to hit those conflicts every month you have to strap on those conflict blinders and only focus on that.

What happens when you upgrade? You realize it will be years until you sniff those conflicts again, maybe hit a nice reserve conflict after a year.

LTD, DC, scope...none of that has value to you? Are you so short sighted that your comparison is a math formula of Current Rate X 115 hours compared to assumed rates X assumed credit?

Try to have a little more focus downstream in your career and not just 3rd year FO pay at $77 an hour at a supposed 115 credit every month.

And how is it more days of work? 31 day month you currently work 16, as to your statement. 5 hour min duty and 3.5 trip rig would average you 5 hours at least for your 80 hours. So if you work less than 15, you will make more than your 80 hour guess. Ever talk to ANYONE at DAL and UAL and ask their days off and credit? Would it shock you to see many are well above 15 off and 80 credit and NOT having to be a conflict slave like guys do, only to still make a below par paycheck.
