115hrs (Conflict Every Month) X current rate = $X, (15 days off)
80hrs X new pay rate = $Y (Days off unknown. Work rules gone. Control of life gone.)
X = Y no new pay for me. It's within $100. Just more days of work for the same money. Guys that don't conflict it will see a pay raise.

Honest question: How do you turn a conflict into 115hr and 15 days off every month. I was senior FO once and never came close to this except good months with JRMs. I’m a commuter with a family though so maybe that’s why.
