Apparently NASA has "buried" a safety report because it would undermine confidence in the airlines. With a fatality rate of 1 per 4.5 million flights - even with all these egregious lapses - I'll take it

In fact - for $150 off a $565 BOS-SFO round trip - I'd accept twice the danger...sign me up for the 1:2,250,000 odds.
