**Cough** CONTRACT!!!! **Cough**

These things can and must be corrected. C91 guys are doing not only the deliveries but also positioning legs to and from heavy maintenance both in and out of the USA. That block time should be flown by ALPA pilots!

This afternoon's JTTP email about the cabin restyling being done in GSO on 101 legacy A320s constitutes 202 legs that could be flown by pilots on our list. Assuming the planes come to/from BOS or JFK that's an average block of 2:00 each way. So 404 airplane hours, or 808 pilot block hours. That's the equivalent of about 11 full-month lines or flying, or what one pilot could be expected to fly in a year. So that's like needing one less union pilot on the property for a year if C91s are doing the repos over the 2 year life of the program. Now consider the block hour count for the heavy checks being done in Central America, and the paint jobs being done in Florida. It adds up quickly and should all be flown by full-time pilots on the property.
