Once again the short term thinking prevails. How can the company not think that inflight won’t vote for a union when their profit sharing is slashed and there wasn’t a raise in 2018? What does this show the mediator in negations?

They mentioned on the earnings call that inflight got 5% on January 1st.
And an even juicer tidbit- sounds like Baker at JP Morgan is even asking management if they are dragging their feet on a contract. Specifically said "we know where the market is for aviator wages".
