She targeted individual pilots for discipline and termination. Most of the IACP's function was to continually watch her every move. Couldn't really focus on the job of representing all CAL pilots because she was 90 percent of the work. Most of the pilots she went after all got their jobs back. Anyone that had ever mistreated her, or was rude to her, etc had a target on their back, no matter how long ago the perceived injustice or personal slight may have happened.

I believe she got 2.1 million to go away....
