This pretty much covers it. I think the regionals will lose a lot of guys to Spirit with their new deal. Whether guys leaving or potential new hires. Now that flow is up to 9-10 years why wouldn’t you go to Spirit and keep your apps updated for the legacy carriers?
If you don’t have one foot out the door right now working for Envoy you are doing something wrong. Aside from a lateral move and even in some cases them, any move would be an improvement.
