I was with another over 65 recently. It was one thing after another with him screwing up the box, putting in the wrong waypoints after he told me he checked them, and missing so much more. He never helped clean or stock. When I asked for help, it was the very familiar deer in headlights look.
They play dumb hoping you will tell them to go inside the FBO. My work has doubled this week doing his job and mine.
Yep. Same mistakes every day, too. No learning. Not sure if they even realize it, or if they just don’t care how much they’re dragging the rest of us down. Company needs to ack that it’s a hazard. What’s the union take on this?
