You will literally make 15-20k more a year there in addition to having better work rules and more time off. Add in more efficient trips and it all makes for a better life. They have an ORD base that I believe is fairly junior.
I'm almost positive Endeavor does not have a Chicago base...MSP/DTW would be the closest. That being said, Living in W. Michigan, DTW wouldn't be a terrible commute / drive.
