Never said it was "terrible", but compared to Delta benefits where you can fly anywhere in the world in business class for the cost of the landing and customs fees it isn't the greatest.

Have you priced out some of the international flying? It's still a good deal but it's hardly free. I'm happy to have the benefits but you can be happy with something and also realize it has downsides.
