I just don't take anything personally. It's business, not personal. You guys are angry. Management isn't angry. Be careful, as it is difficult to see clearly when you're emotional.
I've never said that I'm satisfied. You guys make the assumption that because I'm not angry, I'm satisfied with our current book. I have expressed to ALPA through the surveys what I'm looking for, and I will respect ALPA's wishes and not negotiate in public.
