That’s great. I’m tired of beating the ALPA vs. 1224 horse. You guys know my take and I know most of yours.

What I am saying is the lack of communication on how a transition would occur if the vote for ALPA wins is scary. No one seems to know exactly how that will play out including DP. Or at the very least it’s not being communicated to us. Is there a phase out period? Is there a gap of union coverage? Does an ALPA drive need to occur?

At the very least there should been some kind of Q&A roadshow to discuss these concerns by those leading this push.

I’m not asking you to change your mind on the 1224 vs. ALPA discussion, because you won’t and either will I. I do ask you to question the process if you win and make sure the transition is secure and the pro-ALPA leadership know what they’re doing.
