I'm at a job that pays you salaried and work 8-5. It requires a one year contract, but it has good pay and great hours. Also, the company will pay for you to get your multi engine CPL and MEI if you finish your one year contract. Its in CA, so not a bad gig for building hours. They are desperate for instructors.
