Do you even know how many pilots are leaving XJT and SkyWest every month? A couple hundred at least. XJT can only find about five people a month to replace the outgoing pilots. All the majors are hiring XJT pilots, United hires about 40 each month from XJT. The LCCs are ramping up hiring this year to take away a large amount of regional pilots away from United feeds. I’m surprised that you believe regional pilots would continue to stay in a low end job to please United...hahaha! What will United do without a feed?
