So much hatred towards RJ pilots. Sad! Why would I go to United if I can go to Delta and upgrade in less than a year making over 200 an hour? Companies like Delta hire the best and brightest. I’m happy that United is your dream job and they take care of the pilots. I don’t care to fly for mainline because I don’t enjoy red-eyes, long-haul, or wearing a hat. Let’s be real—you don’t need to be the best and brightest to fly at the regionals, mainline, or LCCs.
