Is the main goal of PBS from the company to reduce number of pilots required?
If so is it better to have trips that reach guarantee in say 16 or 17 days or is it better for the company to have more efficient trips that have us reach guarantee in say 14 or 15 days.
I’m trying to understand if there are lots of 3 day low credit trips that doesn’t sound efficient or a way to reduce pilot payroll.
With pbs you might hit your min guarantee fast in less days but what stops the company from adding more flying on your schedule so now you only have 13 days off with 90+ hours of credit. That’s what I remember doing at the regionals.
