I’ve worked with Zach. He IS that nice. I have to agree with the author of the article, it took me a bit to realize it was genuine, but it was. Nearly everyone getting off that plane told him thank you or that he was “awesome”. And it doesn’t get in the way of his work, I found him to be very professional in the required parts of his job.
