XJT Recruiting department is the most tone deaf of tone deaf. They are, essentially, the snake oil salesmen who somehow - after the Titanic is already 50% underwater and about to snap in two is seeking more violinists to come and play a few more songs.

A recruiting department full of new hire fresh faces, a Flight Attendant, and nothing really to provide besides stupid graphics about how many pilots have gone to whatever airline? Well...no duh!? You're killing people's careers and they're going anywhere they can once they realized all the BS about Good news is on the horizon and Our Mainline partners are noticing BS. Additionally, the smugness that exists from previous unionists who are now holding onto their own careers in "Management" at ExpressJet waiting for that golden ring from St. George to show up is beyond disgusting.
What happened to the CRJ and ERJ pilot groups is nothing less than horrendous. I hope as many of you guys - who want to and who haven't bought into some mythical notion that things will be okay eventually - can get off the dinghy before it is too late.
