Listen, I have a lot of friends at F9. Im not trying to manage expectations, but rather educate. We have the same type here at Spirit that think “it’s all about the margins”. Well I’m here to tell you that it’s not. What you guys DO have going for you (that Spirit pilots didn’t have) is that indigo IS bargaining in bad faith. Which means you may actually get released. Not having a TRO like we did will certainly help you too. It’ll be interesting to see what Indigos response will be to a passed Spirit TA. Then if they hold to their egos and offer another 1%, it’ll be interesting to see how the NMB reacts.
I hope that Frontier pilots are able to get better than we at Spirit are about ready to vote on. I hope this for my many friends over there as well as it being a good starting point after the merger
AGREED! I would think all of NK would be our greatest cheerleaders. If we get a better AIP/TA and we merge, who's contract do you think we'll all want to have?
For the life of me, I just can't understand the recent influx of NK "pilots" here as of late and the less than congenial outlook every one of them seems to have...it certainly doesn't seem like self-serving pilot behavior to do so.
