Please keep the discussions civil with those that disagree with you on here, and on line. Let the P2P volunteers engage non lanyard wearers they're trained for it.
I've run into people that used to not wear their lanyards, start wearing theirs. The Goodwill for the company is depleting. Don't isolate the guys that aren't on board yet with personal attacks and conspiracy theories about company plants.
It's not a conspiracy theory, I didn't say he's a company plant. I said he is management-in-waiting. AKA he isn't on our side and has aspirations to be in mgmt.......... as is evidenced by all of his posts recently.
And sorry (actually not sorry) if you're offended by my assuming a non-lanyard guy is unsupportive of the MEC. It's the same metric management uses to gauge who is "on board" with the MEC. Yeah yeah yeah there are guys who had a lanyard break..... those aren't the guys going months without wearing one. GMAFB.
You're right there is a more tactful way of dealing with the fence sitters, but Southerner isn't one of those. Peace.
