Those who have 121 time and want to be a PDX/SEA based captain on the Q it's a good deal. The transition won't be that bad when you're already used to the airline pace and you've likely encountered some stuff on the line at your current gig. Just study hard and ask as many questions as possible.
While the plane has quirks once you learn them it's easy to fly and you can do some pretty cool stuff like hand flying a CAT III down to a 50ft DH using a HUD. This has been a very mild winter so by the time you finish training it will be spring and you'll have the rest of the year to learn the airplane in fair weather before the next winter sh*tstorm arrives.
