Maybe so but they still build a ton of them. 10hr 3 days, 14-15hr 4 days and these rigs do not change that. Arguably the change from 22hr to 24hr overnight credit could create many more.
3.5:1 is industry standard but calendar day average is also becoming standard not duty period average. We need both the 3.5:1 and calendar day average. Hard calendar day min would be even better but that’s not standard
