Do you think holding out, replacing the NC, extending negotiations for a year (the last recall of the NC (2008) added 2 years, I think??) could change what might or might not happen?
Who says you need to replace the NC? I don’t understand that thinking? Unless they quit like some other MEC chair did... I’d say we have another offer sooner rather than later.
