Yea I won't hate on any 15 year left seater, choosing to stay. It was an absolute no brainer for me to leave. My base salary at min guarantee on year 2pay will be higher than the FO pay scale goes at NJA, and I am 65% in base seniority which pretty much gets me whatever I want. Also, I get 16 days off a month even when I bid above min (min is 70, I bid 80).
