As a wear tester (at QX... yeah I know... wannabe status), Heres what I have to say: First, its MUCH better than the current uniform at both AS and QX. It does look OK when compared to other pilot uniforms, but not as unique as VX pilot uniforms.. The pieces are much higher quality than they look. The pants are very comfortable and the shirts are equivalent to "A Cut Above" shirts. Long story short, The new uniform is an upgrade to the AS and QX cockpit crew uniform
